Paulina Grabowska-Lisowska<br>\ud83d\udcbc Owner of the consulting and training company <em>Przepisy Spawalnicze<\/em><br>\ud83d\udccb Gda\u0144sk University of Technology, graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paulina Grabowska-Lisowska is a graduate of the Gda\u0144sk University of Technology in Mechanics and Machine Design as well as Materials Engineering. She completed postgraduate studies to become an International Welding Engineer (IWE) and holds qualifications as a Visual Testing Inspector (VT2). Driven by her passion for psychology and sales, she also pursued postgraduate studies in Sales Psychology at SWPS University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She began her professional career during her studies as a Welding Engineer, overseeing welding processes for a company manufacturing pressure equipment for the energy sector, with clients such as Hitachi, Siemens, Man Diesel &amp; Turbo, Alstom, and Lotos. Subsequently, while working for a notified body, she was involved in overseeing the Lakhta project, certifying welders, qualifying welding procedures (WPQR), and auditing companies under standards such as EN 1090 and EN ISO 3834.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since 2020, she has been actively educating the community on welding standards by conducting courses and training for manufacturing companies. In response to growing demand, she founded the consulting and training company <em>Przepisy Spawalnicze<\/em>.
